According to my observation, a good strategy in this context could/should involve:

Audience Understanding: Creating buyer personas using demographic and psychographic data to tailor content and platform choices.

Content Strategy: Focusing on emotional, engaging, and educational content, including user-generated content.

Social Media: Prioritizing platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Utilize influencer marketing and paid ads for broader reach.

In-Platform Engagement: Implementing personalized experiences, gamification, and push notifications to enhance user interaction.

Google Ads & PPC: Using search, display, and YouTube ads to capture intent-driven traffic.

SEO Strategy: Optimizing for relevant keywords, focus on local SEO, and build a robust content marketing plan.

Compliance: Ensuring all activities adhere to legal and ethical guidelines, particularly concerning responsible gambling.

Focus is key as well as the metrics on specific campaigns and the LTV (life time value) of your customers. Ensure the platforms you use provide you with the data to make the right decisions.

I would look for platforms that allow gamification to appeal to these high-energy gamers.  You can certainly do that on your website using a specific landing page for each campaign to track engagement and conversions you set up. That engagement intel will help you drive email and in-app offers that are relevant to these players based on their interests, which can ultimately link back to your players' club database. Research what's relevant to these players (games and amenities) and craft rewards programs that can be promoted specifically through visual social and digital media. For example; do you carry top-shelf tequila or whiskey brands in your casino? Do you have a nightclub? Do you offer private reserve tables? All of these amenities can combine to create a personalized offer that would appeal to that target age group.
