We have a dedicated intranet page with a resource guide, history, suggested books, podcasts, videos, etc. We also host a DEI Speaker Series and are welcoming in four speakers from the LGBTQIA+ community to share their lived experiences, stories, etc.

Including weekly newsletter on LGBTQ history and inclusion and employee spotlights in our weekly This Week @ NFI email; hosting LGBTQ trivia; providing LGBTQ Panel of NFI employees on LGBTQ education and inclusion; and hosting a KudosBoard where employees can post photos of their families and others they love.

Promotional conversation starters in our Company Slack, external company and employee posts on LI, promotion from our Pride ERG on perspectives, company stickers promo'ing key inclusion values to raise visibility, working w ERG in our current engagement survey results re inclusion and strategising actions for accountability on how to improve this.
