Last year, we used an external expert working as an observer of our recruitment team. She provided us with very practical lists of best practices at each step of the recruitment process, and individual feedback in coaching our recruiters. We also launched a more global training on how to do inclusive recruitment, as well as unconscious bias training for all our managers.
