We have a series of initiatives:
-We have invited LGBTQIAP+ leaders and influencers to talk to our employees about the topic in specific roundtables and conversations throughout the month
-We will have communication in our internal channels (portal, etc) posted to remember everyone about the importance of the topic
-We have sessions of corporate education regarding the topic as well
-We are sponsoring the play “Priscila, Queen of the Desert” and distributing free tickets to our people.

· Creation of the Pride Month 2024 logo and promotion of Pride Month via lock screens, intranet promo box and visual displays in buildings
· 2024 Pride Month Mascot Competition
· 2024 Best Pride Photo Competition
· 2024 Pride Month Quiz
· Invitation to all staff to join a Celebrating Pride and Intersectionality Panel discussion - the panel will comprise of LGBTIQ+ staff and allies network members
· Promotion of the LGBTIQ+ Staff and Allies Network through “What does being part of the LGBTIQ+ Staff and Allies Network mean to you?” video- 10 staff from the department and ABF featuring in the video.
· Delivering Pride in Diversity LGBTIQ+ Awareness Training Sessions
· Creation of the Pride Month 2024 Activity Hub for sharing information and resources
· Promotion and distribution of Pride pins and mini progressive Pride flags
