How do people set goals? What is the process for prioritizing? Is it better to keep them small and achievable and / or a BHAG ( Big Hairy Audacious Goals)?

Goals should be clearly defined with a purpose.   They should be achievable, but challenging.   We have both task/project/training related goals and qualitative goals.

Can anyone provide a recommendation on key questions to include in an RFP for Denied Party Screening tools?  Also, can you recommend any service providers?  We currently use E2Open (BluJay), and one of their solutions is coming EOL.
