We have engaged an external party to perform an anonymous enquiry amongst all our personnel. This external party performs this service for numerous organisations that are similar to ours and therefore can benchmark our results with those of other organisations. The results of the enquiry are provided to all team leaders and managers. They are invited to see how the team can benefit from its strengths and how shortcomings can be tackled. Directly after responding to the survey questions each participant receives general feedback and tips how to address the issues raised in their response. This process is repeated every 18 months. In addition the external party offers socalled "scans" on special subjects that is performed somewhere within these 18 months.

Survey Approach: We conduct an organization-wide wellness and health survey on a bi-annual basis. Participation is mandatory for all employees and covers dimensions such as leadership, culture, work environment, and overall well-being.

Benchmarking: The survey uses a standardized framework that allows us to compare results against global best practices and industry benchmarks. We also track internal trends over time to identify areas for improvement and measure progress.
