What HRIS do you recommend for a global 1,500 employee company? Why?

I would definitely recommend SAP Success Factors (SF). Its usability and layered functionality are a couple of things that make it so efficient. From recruitment to onboarding to timekeeping to terminating employment, I find SF to be such a resourceful tool. Additionally, the performance management tool and the learning/training environment provide a one-stop shop for employees' learning & development. The ability to track the progress of goals as well as learning modules completed lends to a level of accountability that is easily managed and tracked.
