Internal Politics bring the moral down of any employee. We can mitigate this by staying neutral and aware, building credibility through transparency, etc

Having a clear communication around the strategy and goals and setting up the right expectations help to remove the negative internal politics.

Internal politics doesn't necessarily mean a negative thing. Example, when management introduce a clear company strategy and development goal, some of team member might still not "buy" that in. Here comes the good internal politics by creating nuances to buy in, give the north star on the guidance that we will succeed with the strategy, built ad hoc teams to break the silos.
All of these are good internal politics to achieve the goals.

Not any longer - there is no place for internal politics or unilateral agendas. An organization must be agile with the management of personnel and adopt a strong foundation of mission, vision, values. This goes beyond a standard mission statement and will empower a culture of shared core values.

I believe that strong leadership and communication are the primary ways to align organizational principals. Talent acquisition is also very important to build a dynamic workforce of highly skilled, motivated individuals from the ground up. Trust and integrity are a couple of my favorite values. Thank you for this great question!
