Strong writing skills. No one has the time to sit down & focus on writing compelling content, and honestly writing skills seems to be getting poorer with younger workers I see entering the workforce. This is an area I see generative AI tools, like ChatGPT, helping marketeers. No, its output is not perfect but it's usually 80% of the way there, and you just need to correct & customize the last 20% most of the time to add your own voice & style.
