We’ve already automated basic customer service activities across our numerous European branches using Gen AI. This includes implementing chat features for high-volume customer interactions, which has been working well with support from our local IT team. This approach is similar to experiences many consumers have with chat customer support services in banking and other industries. It allows us to handle common questions, guide actions based on answers, and offer different options for the high volume of costume inquiries we receive and our goals for speedy execution, which AI helps to support. We have a referral system within the customer's country to provide additional support for issues we can't resolve via chat.
