What percentage split does your company use for individual vs. group goals? Is there a standard ratio (70/30, 50/50, etc.), or does it vary by role?

We vary it by level in the orngaization. With the logic of the higher up you are in the orngiazation the more your bonus should be tired to the groups performance and less personal/individual
Senior/Executive VPs: 30% group, 40% business, 30% personal
VPs or Senior Leaders:20% group, 40% business, 40% personal
Leaders or IC: 10% group, 40% business, 50% personal

2-3 company goals, 1 department/team goal, 1-2 individual goals.
