Current; Industry Partner Space, Graphic Facilitator, Conference PowerApp (agenda, breakouts sessions, session surveys, optional after hours activities), and happy hours. I read the Art of Hosting and World Cafe, but first time project lead of a conference vice technical project.

List of attendees with their pictures to ensure I recognize them and learn their names. Also plan on several lunches where people are assigned to a table to discuss key topics and issues over lunch
