What pre-employment talent assessment tools do you recommend for hiring for hiring field salespeople? We are looking to pilot such a tool and would love to know worked for others!

The Saville Assessment Sales Model using the Wave. However not recommended for bulk recruitment due to cost.

Alternatives would be a shorter personality tool mapped to competencies relevant to a sales profile. Or a Sales Situational Judgement Tool.
