The platform was able to be seamlessly integrated with our other software applications and was easy to get collaboration going among team members. This capability was beneficial for teams working on surveys simultaneously.

The support team is knowledgeable and responsive, offering assistance through various channels like phone, email, and live chat.

The pricing of Qualtrics can be a bit much for small businesses or individuals with limited budgets. The platform offers different pricing plans but at the small business end it may be too expensive if you can’t scale those costs and the support may not meet your needs vs price paid.

Our partnership with qualtrics has been very good relationship. We never have major issues and their support (and mostly support website) are very easy to navigate and find answers. We've been with qualtrics at the university level for at least 10 years now.
