When leading a new team, I focus on building rapport through one-on-one meetings to understand their strengths and goals, active listening, and genuine curiosity. I use informal conversations, team-building activities, and open-ended questions to break the ice, fostering trust and establishing a collaborative environment from the outset.

Normally will ask for an introductory meeting for them to present on what they are working on, what are their challenges, what they consider their biggest wins, how they see my role, something they will like me to know, and open Q&A
