What tech vendor are you using that feels overpriced? Why so? Why not replace? What would it take to replace them?

I'm with Chris, I'm not sure it's fair to call out vendors with whom we're happy but have increased price to the point that we're thinking about switching.

In general, if I can find a way to renegotiate a contract or find a newer/replacement technology that may be more modern and less expensive, I'm more willing now, in this economy, to give that entity a chance.

Sorry I won’t name names. However I will say we re-RFP our services every 3 to 5 years. And it usually concludes with a blind E-Auction between top 3 vendors. We probably switch vendors 30-40% of the time. For sole suppliers is the real challenge. How do you move 130k people off Excel, Exchange, Sharepoint Teams… hard to debate what over priced is if you can’t move to an alternative vendor, service or product
