Yes. Feed and update chatbots to churn out positive responses. Major part of this involves online play across various sources and channels and Ai uses consolidated data sources or aggregated data to give that piece of requested information. Example, you can have SEO enabled online contents, contribute to online Q&A forums, updated websites, market research platforms updated and all linked back to your company or solutions that influences perception.

I'm in healthcare  (selling to hospital systems). Healthcare is typically laggard for embracing change. At a recent conference, I introduced a panel that discussing the rules of engagement for buyers and sellers. The buyers (CFO and VPs at hospitals) explicitly stated they sourced on relationships/referrals. I'll be curious to see other perspectives whether or not in the same industry.
