In my role, I focus on a few key OKRs and KPIs to track how well our Product organization is doing. We look at user engagement and satisfaction through metrics like daily active users and Net Promoter Score. It's also important to see how well our product fits the market, so we monitor things like churn rate and how quickly users adopt new features. Speed in our product development is tracked by how fast we get from an idea to launch, and for revenue, we keep an eye on our monthly or annual recurring revenue and how much each user brings in. Product quality is another big one, where we measure how fast we fix bugs and keep our system running smoothly.
