In consideration of the developers, we do not want to waste our time doing something that may not be useful later on. There is a lot of demand over here for software developers, which is an issue for the suppliers. The majority of those companies can't afford to compete for them right now. Recently one of our developers was stuck with an issue and there was nobody to help him out. When such issues happen, myself or somebody from the senior team has to jump in to make sure that we deliver on time. We are still figuring out what can be done to solve those problems.
