We have recently updated our leadership behaviors and are looking at external companies to partner with to align our leadership development training.  Specifically, I am looking for a partner who will fully customize the curriculum to our company and does some cool things around immersive, experiential learning.  I am not looking for "off the shelf" leadership development.  Has anyone partnered with a company they would recommend?

I would highly recommend Steps, and specifically reaching out to Simon Thomson (Simon@stepsdrama.com). We co-designed and delivered a year-long inclusive leadership program (built just for us) with them, and it was very well received. They are great partners!

Consider Sarah Noll Wilson of the Noll Wilson Group.

She and her team do phenomenal work in this space.

They are excellent both in-person and hybrid.

Also consider a university partner to look at innovative practices and development technique.

The biggest hurdle is often designing the best experiential learning experience and generally that design best comes from within w/ partners and/or coaches present to provide additional support. Gartner put out some really good research on the 7 Hallmarks of Leadership Development.

I hope all that helps! Take care!
