We are looking to move to a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) program at our company, does anyone have experience with implementing this, and how they approached the program that would be open to chat with me?

A Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program in companies can be both good and bad. It can enhance flexibility, productivity, and cost-efficiency, as employees use their preferred devices. However, it also raises security and privacy concerns, as sensitive company data may be at risk if not properly managed. The success of a BYOD program depends on robust policies, security measures, and employee training to mitigate potential risks.
We started with this policy when we were a company with less than 30 employees, but changed it to Company provided devices when the employee no increased.
