We're looking to implement procurement cards for managers/employees and we're looking for a solution for payment to credit card issuer. Presently, we have Oracle ERP and we're considering implementing the expenses module. We're also considering Concur software which will need to be an interface. Does anyone have any previous history and/or testimonials on which will be the better option.

We have Oracle eBS and use iExpenses. We looked at the mobile offering from Oracle for Exp but the functionality was very poor so are now exploring other vendors who can offer a p-card/corporate card solution that will integrate with Oracle. We have looked at Concur in the past but felt it has not kept pace with other solutions.

We use Oracle iPayment and while it does integrate well with other Oracle modules, we have many users that want a more robust offering like Concur.  It would be very helpful if we had a way to automatically upload receipts/tie to p-cards and iExpense does not have it.  Having said that, we are not planning to move away from iExpense.

I can't speak to both but we have Concur and Oracle ERP. We had just implemented Concur prior to the decision to implement a new ERP system so there was no appetite to change our expense management solution at the time, but had we had the choice we would have went with Oracle just so we had one solution built within our ERP system that would automatically integrate with other modules such as Projects and allow for approval workflow efficiencies.

We have had to manually build integrations in/out of each system and mapping tables that need to be maintained long term.
