We are reorganizing the administrative support for our company. Due to headcount constraints our leaders have a shared support matrix. One assistant may work with 2-3 executives, depending upon the leaders position in the organization. Before we finalize things I am interested to understand how other companies are structuring their admin organization. Anyone willing to share their structure?

Hi, in our case only the executive committee members have an assigned PA who is expected to also support the direct reports of the EXCOM member. This is a 1:1 set up due to the size of the company and the scope of the EXCOM member. We will now move to having a team assistant in the team of our Group CFO, one person who will be assigned to 2-3 VP's due to the vast amount of traveling, the projects they are dealing with and the transformation they are starting but this profile will be more of a junior PMO on top.
