As a Director in the Finance Practice, Nick Duffy supports clients across various aspects of finance and shared service design and transformation. More specifically, Nick focuses on helping finance leaders decide on a structure that supports finance and organizational strategy, establish and improve their shared service operations, and better leverage digital technology and data within finance. He also works one on one with finance leaders to pressure test and improve their personal effectiveness within the role.
Nick has a background in financial services and has also spent time working as a growth and innovation consultant which involved leading innovation agendas for various public and private organizations.
