His career spans API and platform products, fintech, payments, mobile, web, user experience and product design. He has particular experience in building products for both external customers and internal users, bringing together business needs, user research, technology and design to solve complex problems.
Gareth is a regular industry speaker on API product management, governance and developer experience, and has spoken at conferences across the UK and Europe. He is particularly interested in how product thinking can help large organisations build technology that remains useful, understandable and coherent as it evolves
