Aleksej Daineko is Vice President and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at Lundbeck, where he leads Global Compliance, spanning the ethics and compliance program, investigations and business ethics audit, and works with regional Compliance organizations globally.
Aleksej has more than 20 years of international experience across compliance, internal audit and finance. Prior to Lundbeck, he served as Chief Compliance Officer at Sobi and held global and regional roles at LEO Pharma, Carlsberg, Novo Nordisk and Coloplast.
His focus is on evolving Compliance beyond traditional oversight into a trusted, risk-based partner to the business – strengthening integrity and governance while enabling sound decision-making and sustainable business performance.
Aleksej is an active contributor to the broader ethics and compliance community and regularly speaks at industry forums and conferences. He is a member of the IFPMA Ethics & Business Integrity Committee and its Chief Ethics & Compliance Officers Roundtable.
