Hussam Almughtham is a strategic Human Capital leader with experience in HR, talent management, and enterprise transformation in Saudi Arabia.
He serves as VP of Human Capital at Elm, leading human capital strategy, leadership development, workforce planning, performance management, rewards, organizational effectiveness, and change initiatives. His experience includes post-merger and acquisition HR integrations, covering cultural integration, talent retention, restructuring, HR systems integration, communications, and change management.
Hussam has contributed to organizational structures, operating models, succession planning, long-term incentive plans, workforce productivity, and offshore workforce expansion across four countries.
He chairs and serves on NRC and advisory boards. Previously, he was a Senior Consultant at Korn Ferry, leading organizational design, workforce planning, change management, compensation, and leadership development projects.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, an MBA, and professional certifications in HR, change management, OKRs, and talent acquisition.
