Mike serves as President of ExxonMobil Supply Chain, where he leads the organization's efforts to deliver enterprise-wide value through a resilient, efficient and future-ready global network. In this role, he is responsible for how the corporation plans and executes end-to-end supply chain activities, and for shaping the strategic capabilities that enable ExxonMobil to reliably meet customer needs, strengthen competitiveness and support long-term business performance.

Mike joined ExxonMobil 20 years ago with a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Louisiana Tech University. Over the course of his career, he has held a wide range of roles with responsibilities covering process safety, manufacturing, business, planning, operations and country leadership.

His professional journey has taken him across the globe, with assignments in Belgium, Canada and India—where he most recently served as the Lead Country Manager. Through these diverse roles, cultures and geographies, Mike has strengthened his core belief that strong relationships are the foundation of high-performing organizations.

Michael and his wife, Courtney, are the proud parents of three young children. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, traveling and spending time with his family.
