Tenured in implementing business transformation, culture, and change management, Gabriela worked as a strategy executive. During this period, she led go-to-market implementation, post-merger integration, cost optimization, and operational improvement programs in large global organizations. Also, she designed and implemented behavioral change management offices in several industries. Ms. Vogel also worked with several research institutes both in France and Germany.
