About the Session
Learn how the Information and Communication Technology Directorate (DTIC) of the Federal Highway Police (PRF) transformed strategic communication and the perception of value and results by the staff and top management to make ICT evolve from a support area to a strategic player. The transformation also focused on human value (through appreciation campaigns and mental and occupational health care), a shift in leadership vision, and practical guidelines to make AI a tool for work optimization. This initiative, specifically, accelerates the safe and productive adoption of AI, bridges the workforce skills gap, and ensures the value of AI is perceived and maximized in both administrative and operational PRF activities.
