Erika Linhares began her career at the age of 15 in the informal market, as a street vendor. Over more than two decades, she built a solid trajectory as an executive and pedagogue, leading large teams and transforming businesses on a national scale. Erika Linhares helped grow TIM, a telecommunications company that today has more than 57 million customers. As Director of São Paulo, she contributed to TIM achieving market leadership in the region. As National Sales Director, she led more than 600 partners and approximately 15,000 collaborators over nearly 20 years at the company. She was, for 4 years, CEO of Alegria Telecom, a retail company with more than 400 employees and more than 40 points of sale in Minas Gerais, São Paulo (capital and interior), Rio de Janeiro, and the Northeast. She multiplied the EBITDA of this company by 7 and doubled its revenue, making it one of TIM’s largest partners. Currently, she is the founder and CEO of BHave, a company dedicated to training, lectures, and people development in the corporate world. She is also vice president of the board of the Dignidade group, advisor to the FACELL group, and author of the book “Gente Feliz Não Enche o Saco”, published by Editora Record and nominated for the Jabuti Award. More than 200,000 people have participated in her lectures and courses, impacting the largest companies in the country across various sectors. Erika has more than 1 million followers on social media, where she shares practical content daily for leaders, collaborators, companies, and entrepreneurs.
