AJ Mijares is the Director of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) at Intapp, a publicly traded AI software company serving legal, accounting, and private capital firms. He leads Intapp’s ERM function that includes business continuity programs, crisis management, and data governance. Working with business, product, and engineering leaders across the company, he identifies and assesses the company’s top risks and opportunities and supports the Board's risk oversight. He has led assessments and tabletop exercises at every level, from cross-functional crisis management teams to the full Board of Directors.

He has a long history in the technology industry, having spent nearly two decades at Microsoft in roles across risk management, finance, and operations where he built foundational elements of Microsoft’s ERM program.
AJ earned his EMBA from Seattle University and is a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) and Prosci change management practitioner based in the Pacific Northwest.
