Leigh Goller is the Chief Audit, Risk and Compliance Officer for Duke University and Duke University Health System. She has institutional responsibility for directing and coordinating an integrated internal audit and risk management function, both of which have enterprise-wide scope, and a federated university compliance function. Internal audit and compliance reviews make policy, process and internal control recommendations that help Duke reduce risks. The risk management program raises awareness of the threat and opportunity environment while focusing leadership on risk tolerance decisions that enable sound business and risk management strategies.
