I would say all of these things are important but what it needs to start with is a different way leaders need to approach coaching and interacting with their sellers. Most managers are only in the task zone. Managing tasks, pipeline.etc. They are not leading their people because leadership is a two way interaction and most management today is telling not asking. In many cases it's not the managers fault. They are drowning in spreadsheets, so the sellers are on their own to figure stuff out. The biggest area of opportunity is to build the mindset muscle to help them reframe the way they are looking at their customers, their opportunities and the way they approach the sales cycle. Often if I do see managers coaching, they are using outdated methods that work against the results they are trying to achieve. The most important sales conversation is in the head of the seller. Start there.
