Our average tenure for recruiters varies, with our recruiting manager having been here for about five years, while the rest of the team ranges from less than a year to a year and a half. The turnover can be attributed to the impact of organizational changes during an economic downturn. To strengthen our retention strategy, we're actively focusing on upskilling and providing the necessary tools and support for recruiters. Additionally, autonomy in sourcing and recruiting, coupled with a culture that values flexibility and freedom, is crucial for creating an enjoyable work environment and retaining skilled recruiters.
