As a CEO of a startup company I am focused on a few critical areas. Go to market strategy, customer engagement, revenue conversion, product alignment / roadmap, fundraising, recruiting and employee engagement / satisfaction. There are many others but these are top of mind for me now. I assume this list will differ with each role, level, age and size of company, etc.

Procurement of bitcoin in ransomware situation. What are folks doing to prepare for the need of a large purchase of bitcoin in the need to pay ransomware. Yes ideally we would take the "we'll never pay approach" however, I think it's important to be realistic and in certain circumstances you may need to cross that line.
