We have shared service centers in multiple countries that we operate with, and they are the main ones that we've been seeing AI operate in. So on the more operational, day-to-day activities, we have opportunities to deploy AI. Some pockets of our finance organization are starting to look for these efficiencies through automation, but in general, we still have some years of maturity in our data and tech foundation to be better prepared to deploy AI more efficiently.

This is a tricky one to answer as different companies will have different use cases.

I think we therefore need to think in terms of the personal applications of gen AI (i.e using AI as an assistant) vs the corporate applications (building AI into data analysis, finance operations etc)

I think we're likely to see AI as an assistant appear a lot more quickly than corporate applications.

Does anyone have a different take?

Hi Adam - I agree and tend to share your measured approach in this case.
