We had several AI initiatives in 2025, but CoPilot for M365 and Git is where we saw the most value in the Everyday AI space. I would have to say that a comprehensive and ongoing training campaign really helped to drive adoption, and ROI. We focused a considerable effort on the office integrations, similar to Bob and Anna-Lisa and now we are shifting our training focus to Agent development using Copilot Studio and AI Foundry.

I would say for our firm it was the integration of Co-Pilot. Similar to Bob's response below, we use it for research as well as how to's and editing. Having it embedded in Word, PowerPoint and Excel is a definite efficiency gain!

The interesting, if not quirky, thing about AI is that you can pose this question about AI to AI, and you're going to receive a relatively unbiased answer. Start a "conversation" with several AI platforms and see what comes back.

If you're asking for my personal opinion/experience, I use AI primarily for research, which has been a true time-saver for me.
