We used to assign a goal focused on our leadership behaviors to all people leaders.  Now we have formally integrated the behaviors into the 'HOW' assessment for all people leaders.

At Danone we have a people-focused goal for our leaders. It can vary over the years, but is usually related to the quality and metrics of the team key positions succession plan

At a prior company we did this, and leaders had to connect their goal to one of our leadership competencies.

in 2025 we will likely me implementing an automated assigned leadership goal as it relates to performance management, talent assessment and succession planning.  We are also considering doing the same for employees as it relates to their role in these areas.

Hi - Thanks so much for responding.  I'd love to connect - this sounds very similar to what we are considering as well.  If you would be open to it, please email me at kristina.matarazzo-moran@us.mcd.com.   Thanks!
