Do you know or can you recommend a biography of an IT exec describing his career and challenges?

Not exactly a biography, but 'Only the Paranoid Survive: How to Identify and Exploit the Crisis Points that Challenge Every Business' by the late, great Andy Grove of Intel is excellent.

Hard Things About Hard Things (Ben Horowitz)
I'm currently reading the Wise Guy, by Guy Kawasaki. Not exactly as I asked but I strongly recommend it.
I liked "Jab, Jab, Jab right Hook" by G. Vaynerchuck.I absolutely loved "Boonstra" by Manfred Bik (Biography of former Philips CEO) but I don't know if it's available in English.

Does it have to be a he?
