My approach is to over-communicate and hope that something actually lands. We create regular internal webinars where we cover updates and topics of interest. We make the recording of these available on demand, and then I also send them a quick recap on the Sales Slack channel. This doesn't mean that 2 days later I don't have at least one or two reps coming to me asking a question about that specific thing you have just covered. in the enablement, but hey, it is what it is.

In my opinion, it should be a combination of both recorded sessions plus the webinars or sessions. Webinars or sessions shouldn't be longer than an hour where we mention the core things and post that there should be materials to support the Sales team which they can refer at regular intervals.

In my experience, the most effective way is still in-person presentation. I believe the best way to sell is still thru relationships, where you can properly communicate the business value that the seller is offering. It can be reinforced by materials like use cases, sales playbook and demos.
