New Leader Assimilation: Designed for leaders (SM+) who have joined us. Other than that, Emerging Leader, Authentic & Disruptive Leader (based on levels, leadership development transition programs)

We used Growing Potential.  I've also seen Future Shapers used as a name for a senior course, but think it could work well for new leaders.

Ours is called Dare to Lead for Directors and above, this as one of our company values is 'dare' so we wanted to make that link. A future one, for more emerging leaders will be 'Dare to Learn'. People are actually enthusiastic about the link to the culture and values as it sticks.
