Ours is called Dare to Lead for Directors and above, this as one of our company values is 'dare' so we wanted to make that link. A future one, for more emerging leaders will be 'Dare to Learn'. People are actually enthusiastic about the link to the culture and values as it sticks.

We are putting together a networking activity for our team members so that they can meet with people they don't usually work with. It will be around 100 people in one room, in our corporate space, for one hour. We are looking for a fun, interactive format: any ideas?
