What is the percentage of Hires from Employee Referrals in a software tech company? In the past I believe the benchmark for referral hires was at about 30% of hires, is that still the benchmark for a global software tech company? We are looking at refreshing our referral program, and want to see where we are now compared to the benchmark. Of course, hiring slowdowns also impact the numbers.
We are working on designing a Global Immersion/"Internal Work Abroad" program for our employees. It would be a temporary (~2 week) exchange with a team internationally, in order to learn about another market and build cross-country collaboration/relationships.
Does anyone have experience in designing a program like this, or have something similar at their place of work?
