We have a central EC CoE in Talent and we support business program managers for both recruiting and leadership curriculum. Each of the functional programs have a "franchise" model to enable multiple local program managers to operate in the same framework.

Hi--large pharmaco here. We have a centrally managed EC CoE that now sits in talent acquisition though it previously sat in Talent Management. Business still has some degree of program management and partnership but mostly centralized.

Why did it move to TA? Curious on why it sits in TA and not TM.
