I am looking for research vendors that specialize in research for Employee engagement, employee sentiment, satisfaction, etc. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I have worked in the past with some different tools, but the one I prefer for the simplicity and insights is Gallup.

We have a team member that is asking for a religious accommodation to not work from sundown on Friday to sundown on Saturday but we are open Friday until 6pm and half day Saturday.  Our fear is that we approve this and as we open more locations on Saturdays more team members will make these requests and we will not be fully staffed.  Any recommendations on the risk of not approving?

I’m in the process of implementing a senior leadership development program, and one of the topics we’re focusing on is Leading in Turbulent Times. I’m curious if others are also exploring this theme, and if so, whether you have recommendations for books, articles, or other resources that you’ve found particularly valuable.
