Shared services are going through tremendous change in their operating model, from providers of talent shifting to value and accountability centers, the journey is promising.

New age shared services center are thriving on culture and accountability. A closed knit collaboration with parent organization and effective empowered leadership is key for the value and purpose driven shared services center.

Many things… global vs regional needs. Governance. Finding talent in a new location. Being able to adjust cultural norms to serve as a shared service in a global capacity. Being able to prioritize global demand at a local level. Being able to make the shared service team feel like they are part of the team and not just an offshore team.
