My question is around peer interviewing. I am curious if this is an emerging trend in Talent Acquisition? What levels does this typically happen and for what roles? Is it more common in certain industries versus others?

I don't know if it's an emerging trend, it's certainly something I would say is common in senior roles.  Maybe you're suggesting it's becoming more common in more junior roles?

Yes we will engage peers interviewing.  Drives buy-in and support for candidates success. Will also invite x-functional peers to engage.  We will enable direct reports  to meet/greet and provide feedback on candidates, but they are not decision makers.

Looking for input on how organizations are preparing for California’s new AB 692, which will restrict training repayment agreements, stay-or-pay provisions, and other clawback-style requirements starting January 1, 2026. This could affect sign-on bonuses, relocation packages, training reimbursements, and similar incentives.

We are working on refreshing our offer approval requirements in Workday.  Today, every offer goes through anywhere from 5-9 different approvals.  I would love to hear how other companies manage this.  Do your approvals happen inside or outside of the system?  What are the thresholds you have to hit to trigger specific levels of approval?  Any insight would be helpful!
