As of now, the entire Microsoft Office product suite comes with built-in Copilot features. Additionally, Microsoft offers various add-ons and plugins to enable the integration of other AI tools with its Office suite.

We have been quite aware over three years regarding the benefit of AI tools and services.  The city started doing Chatbot POC's in 2022 and since then deployed 2 Chatbots (our external Denver website) and (internal city TS Support). Both of those solutions are SaaS. We are allowing Github for CoPilot for our city TS developers/contractors.  CoPilot for Microsoft Office 365 is under review considering the investment for licenses.   We also did a citywide inventory of systems that already have or will soon have AI features.  We also utilize the AWS Platform.
