What are some real examples of how Robotic Process Automation (RPA) has been used in a procurement department?

At my previous company it was used to automate the GR process.  The requestor received an email with the PO info and all they had to do was confirm if the material was received in the email and the bot would process the GR in SAP.

Rpa increases the efficiency, reduce errors and improve the performance in procurement department. There are lots of actually examples that are in place currently.
