Christophe Villain is a senior global operations and digital transformation leader with nearly 30 years of experience across consumer-packaged goods and management consulting. He currently leads End-to-End Operations Digital Transformation at Nestlé, partnering with the Operations Leadership Team to drive enterprise-wide transformation across operating models, governance, data foundations, digital platforms, and AI-enabled solutions. His focus is on turning data into better decisions and sustainable business value. Previously, Christophe led Nestlé’s global Supply Chain and Procurement Technology organization and, before that, Nestle Procurement Excellence and Source-to-Pay globally, spearheading large-scale digitalization, automation, and AI initiatives while delivering significant business impact.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles in procurement and business transformation within Nestlé, and PWC. Christophe is widely recognized for bridging strategy and execution and is a strong advocate for people, leadership, and culture as the foundations of successful digital transformation.
